Kirkland residential plans

The largest indoor mall in the Seattle area is remarkably not in Seattle; it is Bellevue’s own Bellevue Square, located just across the water.  Bellevue square features two stories of high class shopping destinations, and several renowned department stores including JC Penney, Macy’s, and Nordstrom.  In addition, there are several unique shops including the official LEGO brand building blocks store, and delicious restaurants like The Cheesecake Factory and Red Robin.  With more than two hundred stores, Bellevue Square is the perfect place for holiday, birthday, or leisure shopping.

The area surrounding Bellevue square is populated by office buildings, but there are a fair amount of condominiums and apartments nearby as well.  Bellevue real estate near the mall is often in high in demand because of the proximity to businesses and nearby food and shopping, and you can also find larger lots with the opportunity for Bellevue landscape planning.

kirkland residential plans

Though you might consider all of the towns that were built on the waters of Lake Washington “port towns”, Kirkland is unique because it has celebrated more than a century of success despite its humble beginnings. Today Kirkland is one of the fastest growing towns in Washington, with Kirkland homes, shops, and recreational facilities renowned for their combination of old fashioned architecture and contemporary style.  Downtown Kirkland is a thriving shopping district, complete with numerous cafes, designer fashion boutiques, and exquisite cuisine.  In the surrounding area, there are several parks that sit on the water, as well as beaches and beautiful waterfront properties.

There are several one-of-kind homes with original Kirkland residential plans now available. Kirkland is not only a great place to live, but a great place to visit; its beaches and scenic views of Lake Washington and the Pacific Northwest are a feast for the senses.
